Hook Type Shot Blasting Machine
Hook Type Shot Blasting Machine is a high-efficency shot blasting machine. There are many types of this series of shot blasting machines, such as single-hook, double-hook, lifting, and non-lifting. It has the advantage of being non-pit, compact structure and highly productivity. It can be customized based on the dimension of the workpiece.
Castings can be transported in succession, and the working procedure is to set the speed and hang the workpiece over the hooks. The larger pieces can be uniquely mounted on the hanger hooks, and smaller pieces will be mounted on special tooling and then mounted on the hanger hooks. Press the start button, work pieces will go out along T or Y overhead rails after a very short period of cleaning time (usually 5-7 minutes), to complete the entire cleaning process, clear out all dust and residual pill material.

Application:
Hook type shot blasting machine are used in the foundry, construction, chemical, motor, machine tool industries for surface cleaning or strengthening treatment of small castings, forging parts, etc.
It is used specifically for surface cleaning and blast strengthening on a variety of types, small production castings, forging components, and steel construction components to remove small amounts of viscous sand, sand core, and oxide skin.
It is also suitable for surface cleaning and strengthening on heat-treated parts, especially for cleaning slight, thin-walled parts that are not suitable for impact.
