Xinke Preservation Line(Steel pretreatment line) is a complete blasting and painting line that can be easily integrated into existing production lines, consisting of independently modified conveyor systems, a preheater, shot blasting machine, paint booth, and a post treatment dryer. It is mainly used in the hot-rolled annealing and pickling processes, that is, in the mechanical lowering process, which is designed to remove the oxide skin from the surface of strip steel. The addition of its function greatly increases the efficiency of pickling and reduces the consumption of acid. The optimal scaling efficiency and scaling effect can be obtained by optimizing the amount of shot-blasting.

It can be selected on an individual basis, along with roller conveyors, travel gratings, and transverse conveyors, among others. It is process to treat the surface of the steel plate by shot blasting, and coated with protective paint before the treatment (in the raw material state). The preservation line can improve the corrosion resistance of mechanical products and metal parts, enhance the fatigue resistance of steel plates, extend the service life of mechanical products, and also optimize steel surfaces for further processing.
Blasting material is a recycling system in which new blasting material is fed from the feed funnel into the lower heilx and redistributed through a pellet separator to the four shot blasting machines, which then returns the blasted material to the lower helix, forming a circulation system.
A large amount of dust will be created in the blast chamber and spray chamber during the blast, as well as fine pellets and dust in the pellet separator. These are collected by dust collection and filtration systems. A set of intact dust collection and filtration systems can reduce the wear and tear on the projectile on the shot-blasting machine.
1. Shot blasting machine shot blasting indoor wear resistant alloy are used for the protective plates, which are laid by press plate connection to avoid direct butt-gaps between each pair of protective plates, causing damage to the shell of the shot blasting chamber.
2. In each chamber four shot-blasting machines are set up, by optimizing the arrangement of two above and two below, and not on the same line, in order to form a better type of shot-blasting, and at the same time to avoid interference between the projectile streams.
3. To prevent damage to the strip surface, the driving motor of the shot-blower is in frequency-conversion control mode, and a precision-controlled electric actuator is mounted on the lower sand valve to match the speed of the motor by controlling the flow of shot and grain.
4. The pellet material separator uses a double-curtain blanking method. The separation is increased by a factor of two for the same propagation distance.
5. The spraying system uses a collection nozzle structure. By adjusting the direction and gauge of the nozzle, it is possible to ensure that the pellets that remain on the surface of the strip are blown clean.
This type of equipment is equipped with high-power shot-blasting machines, high-wearing forged alloy liners that are strong and durable, simple and convenient to maintain, ensuring minimum wear and maximum service life, and longer sustained operation of the equipment.
