The Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine are used to remove scale and rust from metal profiles and sheet metal components. It applies to surface rusting and painting art of shipping, automobiles, motorcycles, bridges, machinery, etc. Individual process steps such as blasting, conserving, sawing and drilling can be interlinked by combining a roller conveyor with an appropriate crossover conveyor.This ensures a flexible manufacturing process and high material output. It could not be simpler, load the steel, push the button, and moments later your semi-finished, pre-cut parts exits the machine, blasted and free from abrasive. The exhaust air system, with an integral dust collector, means that the machine can be installed without additional ducting.

The roller conveyor system is used throughout the entire production line. The speed is turned by a frequency converter. It operates in synchrony, it also acts independently on and off the rollers, which can be rotated forward and backward.
Visualized dynamic simulation monitoring system, which can automatically find the location of failure and timing of operation of wear resistant parts, will give important information to calculate the service time and maintenance time of spare parts.
The Xinke blast cabinet is welded from premium steel and is equipped with rolled Manganese 12 protective plates, also designed on building block principles. The rollers in the durable chamber, designed by computer simulation, completely avoid the direct throw to the blast wheel and the secondary bounce of the blast media. Even so, each roller is equipped with a high wear resistant sheath that keeps it easily replaceable.
It is formed by circulating and separating & purifying, the two parts being divided into an abrasive bin, an abrasive slide pipe, an abrasive controller, a screw conveyor, a bucket elevator, a separator, an abrasive replenishment, etc.
Rotating brushes flick spent abrasives from the work surface into a specially designed trough with a screw conveyor that brings the media back into circulation, and the frame can be adjusted manually or automatically.
Any remaining media on the final piece of work will be removed by a blow-off station, which is mounted on the same frame and uses a high voltage ventilator to blow off any remaining media.
The blast media travels in a circle around the machine and is continuously cleaned of contamination.
The dust removal system consists of a ducting system and a filter cartridge dust collector. The dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99.9%, dust emission acuities were ≤80 mg/m3.
