Belt-Wheel Shot Blasting Turbine
Belt-driven shot blasting turbine consists of a motor, shell, abrasive entrance pipe, guard plate, impeller, distributor and blade, etc. The outside of the spindle is driven by a belt with a motor shaft seat.
Belt driven blast turbine is conventional, large rate abrasive flow and good cleaning effect, etc. It is widely used in all kinds of big power or 60HZ frequency shot blasting cleaning machine.

Curved Blade Shot Blasting Turbines
Curved blade shot blasting turbine is composed of motor, shell, abrasive entrance pipe, guard plate, impeller, distributor and blade, etc. Both direct-driven and belt-driven can use curved blade.
The linear blade blasting area is fan-shaped, and the abrasive are dispersed in a mist shape, which is suitable for cleaning steel plates, steel structural parts and other sheet metal parts.
The curved blade blasting area is linear and has high strength. It is suitable for cleaning castings and other sand foundry parts, and it is not suitable for cleaning thin and deformable workpieces.
