Xinke Steel Strip Blasting Machines are specifically designed for use in the hot-rolled annealing pickling process for carbon, alloy or stainless steel strips. The purpose of this design is to remove the oxide skin from the surface of the strip. The addition of its functions greatly increases the efficiency of pickling, reduces the consumption of acid, and, by optimizing the quantity of shot in the blasting machine, the best reduction efficiency and results can be obtained. The Steel Strip Shot Blasting Machines are customized for narrow steel belt (650~800mm), medium steel belt (800~1600mm) and wide steel belt (1750~2400mm) according to the needs of users. The shot-shooting system can be adapted to fit the specification. Adjustments will be made by turning the abrasive throughput rate by varying the abrasive throw speed or the abrasive impingement width.

The shot blasting system is one of the main system. Iron oxide is removed from the surface of the strip by a blast flow formed by a motor-driven impeller rotating at high speed. Exact and automatic adjustment of all 4 blast wheels for a new strip scheme permits full exploitation of the blast stream over the entire width range and results in high downscaling performance and quality.
The abrasive removal chamber is conected to the shot blasting cabinet, and a compressed air blower removes the abrasive residue from the upper side of the strip after each blast cleaning process.
The abrasives cleaned by the pneumatic separator are returned to form a circulatory system and are supplied with new added abrasives. As a result, operational mix and blast power are continuously maintained.
A large amount of dust will be produced during the entire ejection process. The cleaning cabinet, abrasive removal cabinet and separator are connected to the dust collection system. Remark: The strip roll-out can be straight or run diagonally up, depending on the permutation of the module group and the subsequent pick-up operation.
– Hard-wearing alloys are used in the protective plates of the shot-blasting cabinet and the linings of the blast wheels, enhancing the durability and longevity of the machine.
– Reliable and economical operation results in a high level of surface cleanliness.
– The arrangement and concept of the blast wheel ensures maximum exploitation of the blast energy and intensity, and prevents blast interference.
– High efficiency separators & high power shot blasting equipment, consistent blast quality and abrasive flow for better finished products and more efficient operations.
– Efficient abrasive blow-off, maximum abrasive cleaning and recovery.
– Efficient dust collection, with a good dust collection and filtering system, can reduce the wear and tear of abrasives on the shot blasting machine.
– Multiple package options to meet your needs (Basic, PLC/Touch Screen, PC based).
– High/Low/Variable speed options for flexibility and accuracy to achieve optimal blast flow and surface treatment results.
– Remote connectivity for easier and more efficient trouble shooting and maintenance.
