Trolley Table Shot Blasting Machine
Trolley Table Shot Blasting Machine is designed according to user requirements, and used to clean cast steel (iron), aluminium and aluminium alloy, forgings, weldments. The machine removes surface adhesion sand, rust, scale and dirt, giving the surface of the workpiece a natural metallic color, eliminating the internal stress of the workpiece, improving fatigue resistance, increasing the adhesion of the film to artifacts when painted, and ultimately achieving the goal of improving the quality of the workpiece surface and interior.
It is ideally suited for those parts (cast or forged) that contain deep pockets or for the processing of fragile and/or high value parts. As the parts are loaded onto a satellite fixed to a table prior to entering the blast chamber, there is no movement between the parts and therefore the part-on-part contact is eliminated. In addition, several parts can be blasted or cleaned simultaneously, making the rotating table blast machine a good choice for cleaning multiple parts together.
